We appreciate how the Energage team walks us through everything from survey implementation to crafting the right message for our employees. Having full control to move around questions and comments, and then setting the reminder schedule is great. The flexibility of administration and not having to rely on someone else makes us – and our survey process – more productive.

The Energage Platform is very user-friendly and it’s easy to run a variety of customized reports. Some reports are already prepared for you but can also make your own presentations based on your organization’s preferences. That ease of administration is by far the best part.

At North Risk, we value the third‐party messaging from Energage. It’s a great way to reiterate that the survey is truly being administered by an external third party. It gives employees confidence that the confidentiality component is there.

Employee trust boosts employee engagement levels and survey response rates

We believe engagement isn’t measured in a score alone. It has to do with the survey response rate, too. Engagement doesn’t always have to be happy. It has to do with employees feeling comfortable to share their challenges. Giving feedback and continuing to participate shows that employees trust us. While the platform might show an 80% engagement score, if employees continue to be a part of the process and its momentum, they’re engaged and trusting of the process.

This year, our survey isn’t even closed yet, and we already have 88% participation and over 1,200 comments for leadership to review. Employees like the level of confidentiality that Energage provides and the fact that we can’t trace answers back to individual employees.

The support team is spectacular and extremely responsive. Of all the different support contact customer service lines that we use, Energage Premium Support is by far the most helpful, thorough, and detailed. As soon as you submit something to the support team, they respond quickly. They’re always ready to help in any way necessary.
