Busy, uncertain times call for trustworthy engagement strategies
After seeing an ad in a well-regarded local newspaper, our CEO and CTO were inspired to participate in the Top Workplaces program. It was during the pandemic when there was extra emphasis on the importance of employee engagement, communication, well-being, and safety. Because of the challenges we faced during the pandemic, we also wanted to get employee feedback and saw Top Workplaces and the Workplace Survey as trustworthy resources.
We’ve been through many mergers, acquisitions, and department changes over the last two years, and the platform has been super helpful in those situations.
