The Energage Platform is a well researched, fantastic tool for employee engagement that scientifically measures employee feedback in a focused, driven way. And because the Workplace Survey is used for Top Workplaces, it makes it easy to participate in the employer recognition awards.

We’re so impressed with the robust data from the Workplace Survey and how Insights enables us to drill down into different demographics, such as department, tenure, salary band, and seniority. We’re able to look at the data and pull reports instantaneously. We use Insights to identify opportunities for improvement and deepen our inclusive culture.

Energage Platform streamlines communication across seniority levels

The survey intelligence we get from Insights helps us cascade and share information throughout the credit union. It informs the top level of our organization and we can tailor it for mid-level managers. This enables leadership to have access to information about their department, employees, and how to engage and empower their teams. Empowerment is one of our values, and the platform equips them with the insights and tools they need to own their results and build their capabilities.
