Based in Dallas, in 1986, we opened our doors with a staff of 20 people. Today, we have more than 1600 employees throughout the United States and helped more than 500,000 borrowers buy, renovate or refinance a home. PrimeLending kicks off every year with a Sales Rally where employees from across the US attend a 2 day event in Dallas to celebrate and focus on success in the coming year. PrimeLending has an Employee Engagement Committee and a professional women’s network, Thrive, that host many fun activities throughout the year for employees to interact. PrimeLending dedicates a full week to Employee Appreciation, where it hosts events, contests with prizes and many opportunities for managers to thank and recognize employees. PrimeLending knows how to recognize employees whether it is peer-to-peer MoGee Nominations, Remarkable Reviews from our CEO, the annual Extra-Mile and Todd Salmans Culture Awards, or a relaxing Power Producers trip to celebrate employees who exceeded sales goals. At the heart of our company lies a dedication to community service and caring for others. PrimeLending Cares is an initiative that houses a donated leave and monetary fund to fellow employees in crisis, as well as an employee match program matching 100% of employee donations to charities of their choice. Our local branches and corporate departments are encouraged to support and regularly put in hours volunteering with their local communities and holding donation drives.
